Child Care Policy

It is not safe or appropriate for your infant or young child to be left unattended in our spa sitting room or in our treatment room with you while receiving a spa service.
We will not be able to accommodate your appointment if your young child must accompany you during the service. It may possibly be noise distraction to our clients and Spa atmosphere.

Booking and Cancellation Policy

When booking an appointment for your first visit to The Lane Spa a credit card is required to hold the appointment. Your card will not be charged unless you do not show up for your service(s) or cancel last minute.
Cancellations must be made no less than 24 hours prior to treatment or full payment is expected.

Cell Phone Policy

We kindly ask that you silence your cell phone prior to entering the spa to avoid disruptions to our other clients. Talking on your cell phone is not permitted in the spa.
